Kim Kardashian, fresh off her New York City bar fight, is now called The Queen Of Reality TV, poses for W Magazine totaly without any clothes for the cover of the W Mag November 2010 issue. The promo points out that Kardashian can’t sing or act or dance, but that she’s a celebrity in the art of being herself. What W should have added was that Kardashian can get attention, and that’s where her celebrity comes in. Moreover, it’s television aided.Kim Kardashian W Magazine buzz is the result of a trend that was really started by Paris Hilton. Paris created the way to get noticed. ' Star Wars ' saga in 3-D will start in theaters in 2012

George Lucas watched the massive success of "Avatar" and Alice in wonderland in 3-D format and decided it was time for a return of the Jedi.

"Star Wars episode 1: the phantom menace" will return to theaters in 3-D in 2012 and will be followed in the stereoscopic format by the five other movies set a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.

Lucas ' industrial light & magic special-effects shop is overseeing the 3-D conversion.

20th century fox will release them, as it has done for all previous "Star Wars" films.

Lucas has said publicily on more than one occasion that the technological strides of James cameron's "Avatar" persuaded him to reconsider his longtime distain for 3-D.

After the golden globes, for instance, he told access Hollywood that he was investigating the possibilities of converting his skywalker family epic into the trendy format.

"haven't been a big fan of 3-D, but that movie definitely improves in [the field of] 3-D we've been looking for years and years of trying to take 'star wars' and put it in 3-D," Lucas explained to "access." but, [the] technology hasn't been there. We've been struggling with it, but I think this will be a new impetus to make that happen." in a press release Lucasfilm is expected to put out shortly that was obtained by the times, ILM visual effects supervisor John knoll made clear that his company doesn't intend to put out a sub-par 3-D conversion. Some conversions done in a rush have turned off movie goers and critics.

"getting good results on a stereo conversion is a matter of taking the time and getting it right," knoll said in a statement. "it takes a critical and artistic eye along with an incredible attention to detail to be successful.

It is not something that you can rush if you want to expect results. For star wars we will take our time, applying everything we know both aesthetically and technically to bring audiences a fantastic new 'star wars' experience."

J.K. Rowling and oprah bond in Scotland will there be more potter books?

The oprah Winfrey show devoted it's full hour today to oprah's interview with Harry potter author J.K. Rowling. I confess, no matter how many times I hear Rowling's backstory, I'm still drawn in, partly because the details are just so extrarordinary. How does an average person who came from humble beginnings single mother on the dole, writing in cafes go on to create something so huge? The big news or almost news from the interview is that Rowling is definitely open to writing "an eighth, ninth, tenth" potter novel, though she quickly followed up by saying, "I feel I'm done, but you never done, but you never know, "a slight quote to hang your hat on, but it's a measure of the influence she commands that even the barest hope of future potter novels could set the publishing and movie worlds a-tizzy. The rest of the interview covered familiar ground with an oprah spin. Rowling discussed her battle with clinical depression, her short-lived first marriage,
and the death of her mother and how heavily that influenced the potter series. And she some good-old-fashioned bonding time over how fantastically loaded they both are. (it went something like: "you're a billionaire! Me too!")

DonorsChoose.org is celebrating it's 10th Anniversary

On 10-10-10 DonorsChoose.org is celebrating it's 10th Anniversary and once again Adam lambert is giving DonorsChoose.org the publicity it deserves by wishing the organization a happy 10th Anniversary.

Adam lambert has been working in conjunction with DonorsChoose.org for over two years and has raised over more than $500,000 for his glam a classroom charity, which raises funds for school improvement projects.

Gloria Stuart, 100, a glamourous blond actress who starred in 1930's horror films and musicals before reviving a long-dormant career in 1997 with her Oscar-nominated performance as the older version of Kate winslet's character, Rose, in the box-office smash "Titanic," died Sept. 26 at her home in west Los Angeles.

She had recieved a diagnosis of lung cancer several years ago, said her daughter Sylvia Thompson, who confirmed the death.

In the role of a 101-year-old titanic survivor, ms. Stuart narrated the James Cameron-directed film and served as the linchpin of it's past and present-day story lines.

Her effective portrayal of a feisty, headstrong character made her the oldest actress to ever be nominated for an academy award. She lost to Kim basinger in "L.A. Confidential," even as "Titanic" swept many of the awards that year, including best picture and best director.

Gloria Frances Stewart was born July 4, 1910, in Santa Monica, California she began acting when she was a child. Putting on backyard performances with children in her neighborhood. After a brief acting career at the Pasadena playhouse, she was recruited to universal studios. Besides her daughter from her second marriage, of Ojai, California survivors included four grandchildren, and 12 great-children.
